Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us achieve this mission, we are seeking a qualified Agricultural Manager – Berries. This position will be based in Tala, Jalisco, Mexico.
The Applied Research Agricultural Manager is a berry-specialized agronomist with experience in field management and/or technical advisory services. This role works directly with the global R&D team and collaborates closely with the commercial team.
Lead and execute all berry field management activities.
Establish and coordinate internal advanced selections and trials of new varieties.
Implement cutting-edge technologies to monitor, evaluate, and resolve technical issues related to berry crop management.
Regularly report research results to the corresponding internal teams.
Collaborate in the review and preparation of materials for marketing and training purposes.
Work with external partners to develop studies related to priority areas within the R&D program.
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in berry field management.
Proven experience working with and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
