This is a unique opportunity for an experienced blueberry professional to contribute to Costa’s variety evaluation activities in Ica, in Southern Peru. Operating from a 25-hectare evaluation site, you’ll oversee trial execution, agronomic performance, commercial assessments and stakeholder engagement while helping generate the insights needed to inform Costa’s genetics program in the region.
Reporting to the General Manager – International Horticulture, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to evaluate new varieties, generate technical insights, support commercial decision-making and maintain strong working relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Success in this role will come from combining strong technical agronomy and variety evaluation expertise with commercial acumen, relationship management and the ability to operate effectively within a dynamic international environment.
