Lead the implementation and coordination of Hortifrut’s marketing strategy across Latin America, working closely with local teams.
The role is responsible for driving innovation through the development or adaptation of new products, project leadership, market and consumer behavior analysis, and supporting sales teams in retailer relationships to increase volumes, market share, and profitability.
Lead the development and rollout of the corporate brand using the new brand image and brand territory defined by the Corporate Marketing department across Latin America, while contributing to the global consumer brand strategy.
Participate in defining the brand strategy led by the LATAM Managing Director and the Corporate Marketing Director, and be responsible for executing the agreed actions.
Manage and control the assigned marketing budget.
Drive and prioritize product localization and operational needs, including merchandising materials, ensuring revenue and budget targets are met across marketing channels and programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and communication strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and goals.
Collect, analyze, and provide market intelligence insights on customers and competitors, delivering local input on key trends and high-growth segments.
Actively participate in the creation of new consumer and product concepts.
In collaboration with the Communications department, organize and participate in local events and workshops, strengthening community engagement and brand presence.

Advanced user of MS Office.
Knowledge of marketing data and analytics tools will be highly valued.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering, with a specialization in Marketing.
7+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications.
