Sales Coordinator

Are you an organised, analytical professional with a passion for sales operations and market intelligence? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team in Guadalajara and play a key role in supporting sales performance, data accuracy, and market insights across our operations.

Purpose of the Role
The Sales Coordinator provides critical operational and analytical support to the Sales team by ensuring efficient systems management, accurate data administration, and valuable market intelligence reporting. This role contributes directly to enabling the sales team to achieve strategic and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

System & Sales Operations Support

  • Maintain accurate sales opportunities and order data within systems.
  • Monitor order fulfilment status and resolve open sales issues.
  • Manage and monitor buffer stock levels to optimize allocation.
  • Collaborate with Logistics and Finance teams during peak sales periods.

Master Data Management

  • Coordinate accurate setup of new customers within the system.
  • Improve CRM data quality through regular reviews.
  • Maintain client databases and newsletter distribution lists.

Sales Process Coordination

  • Manage Terms & Conditions signing processes and compliance documentation.
  • Participate in IFS audits as deputy for the Sales team.
  • Support annual updates of Sales SOPs.

Reporting & Intelligence Coordination

  • Compile and distribute Market Feedback and Field Feedback reports.
  • Support post-season and in-season customer and grower reviews.
  • Assist Sales Managers with budgeting data preparation.

Market & Sales Intelligence

  • Collect and analyse competitor and market data.
  • Identify trends and develop actionable commercial insights.
  • Present findings to stakeholders and support field sales queries.

Minimum Requirements

  • BComm Degree with a Marketing, Logistics, International Trade, or similar major (or suitable tertiary qualification).
  • Minimum 3–5 years relevant work experience.
  • Experience in sales coordination, reporting, or market intelligence environments.

Key Competencies
Functional / Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Understanding of commercial finance processes and customer data management.
  • Strong professional email communication skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
