We are seeking a Production Standards Manager to lead the operationalization of our company’s strategic vision across new infrastructure projects and production systems. Key Responsibilities
Projects & Business Management
- Establish and maintain SOPs for all new grower projects.
- Oversee due diligence, site evaluations, budgeting, and supplier selection.
- Support 3rd party growers with resource planning and infrastructure development.
Agronomy Leadership
- Coordinate agronomy strategy across Latin America in alignment with global standards.
- Collaborate with consultants, internal specialists, and directors.
- Manage in‑field agronomists and implement annual technical plans.
- Conduct site visits, review grower reports, and ensure follow‑up actions.
Quality & Compliance
- Lead implementation of Quality Management.
- Ensure projects meet regulatory, sustainability, and ESG standards.
- Manage compliance and quality teams to maintain best practices.
Knowledge & Data Management
- Expand and maintain the Grower Portal as a central knowledge base.
- Promote continuous learning and best practices across projects.
- Drive adoption of data systems to improve production decisions through analytics and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (B.Sc. Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience designing and executing production standards across multiple farming operations
- Strong experience in the fruit industry (berries preferred)
- Deep understanding of farming and agronomical techniques
- Proven leadership experience managing teams across regions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Excellent planning and execution skills with a results-driven mindset
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Computer literate (MS Office and ERP systems)
- Willingness to travel regularly across the Americas
