Your Mission
As Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you’ll:
- Optimize inventory movement, storage & rotation to maintain peak freshness
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and smooth order fulfillment
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with Sales & Logistics
- Track products from growers through controlled warehouses to final delivery
- Oversee packing & repacking services, ensuring timing and cost compliance
- Arrange fruit inspections to meet strict QC standards
- Proactively resolve inventory or shipping issues before they impact customers
- Manage documentation, charge reporting, and debit/credit note reconciliation
- You’ll play a key role in keeping operations seamless and customers satisfied.
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Agricultural Business, or related field
5+ years of experience handling perishable goods in high-volume environments
Experience working with:
- Shippers & vessel lines
- Trucking companies
- Import agents
- Warehouse service agreements
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel & MS Office proficiency
- ERP & inventory management systems experience
- Knowledge of NetSuite and/or Famous (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the sales-to-delivery process
